
Tim Kizzire
Tim, a homegrown resident of Lee County, was born and raised in Cape Coral. After graduating from Cape Coral High School’s International Baccalaureate Program, Tim attended college at University of Florida. Tim achieved a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from U.F.’s School of Liberal Arts and Sciences, graduating early and with honors.
Thereafter, Tim attended U.F.’s Levin College of Law, while working to support himself through law school. He would soon go on to earn his Juris Doctor in 2017, graduating in the top 10% of his class. During law school, Tim was a teaching assistant for trial practice and a Certified Legal Intern for the Alachua County State Attorney’s office.
Committed to honing his trial skills, Tim returned home to Lee County and began his legal career as a prosecutor within the 20th Judicial Circuit’s Office of the State Attorney. During this time, Tim proudly served his community, handling thousands of criminal cases, and gaining valuable trial experience.
Now, Tim is a dedicated member of the Yeslow, Koeppel & Anderson team, focusing his practice on defense of first-party property claims, motor vehicle accidents and premises liability cases.
