MELISSA TANTANELLA

Melissa began her legal career approximately 35 years ago and has maintained a focus on insurance defense litigation. She graduated from the Professional Paralegal Program through Southern Career Institute in 1991 but due to motherhood, her education stopped to raise her family. Once her family was raised, Melissa resumed her education and sat for the Paralegal National Certification exam in 2017 and obtained her Certified Paralegal certification. She has continued with her education and has recently obtained her Advanced Certified Paralegal certification in trial preparation and plans on obtaining her advanced certification in litigation discovery soon.

She has spent her entire career in S.W. Florida and has developed solid relationships with many of the law firms and vendors in the area. She returned to Yeslow & Koeppel, P.A. five years ago after working at other firms in the area.

Now that the children are grown and gone, Melissa and her husband Chris, enjoy riding their Harley Davidson and taking as many trips by motorcycle as possible. She is also very involved in animal rescues having rescued many cats and dogs including her own 3 cats and 1 dog. She and her husband hope to begin their own animal rescue facility during their retirement years.
