Tim Kizzire
Tim Kizzire, a lifelong Lee County native, is a proud graduate of the University of Florida. Going the route of a “double gator” Tim achieved a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from U.F.’s School of Liberal Arts and Sciences (graduating one year early and with honors) and thereafter attended U.F.’s Levin College of Law, earning his Juris Doctor and graduating in the top 10% of his class. During that time, Tim became a teaching assistant for UF’s trial practice team and a Certified Legal Intern for the Alachua County State Attorney’s office, both of which ignited his passion for litigation.
Committed to honing his trial skills, Tim returned home to Lee County and began his legal career as a prosecutor within the 20th Judicial Circuit’s Office of the State Attorney. During this time, Tim proudly served his community, handling thousands of criminal cases, and gaining valuable trial experience from highly skilled and experienced courtroom litigators.
Tim transitioned these skills into civil litigation when he joined the then-named law firm of the Yeslow & Koeppel, P.A. A dedicated member of the team, Tim’s practice focused primarily on defense of motor vehicle accidents, premises liability cases, and negligent security cases throughout the Gulf Coast. During this time, Tim built a reputation of efficient and effective case management with an eye towards achieving the best possible results for his clients, both in and out of the courtroom.
Since that time, Tim has risen to become the youngest-ever partner of the now named Yeslow, Koeppel, and Anderson, P.A law firm. He continues to focus his practice on motor vehicle accidents, premises liability cases, and negligent security cases throughout the entire state of Florida, but also handles coverage work for various insurers and occasionally dabbles in criminal defense.
When Tim is not practicing law, he enjoys playing soccer, fishing, and spending time with his high school sweetheart and their combined family.
Tim is currently accepting new clients and is available for consultation. Feel free to ask about his recent trial results.
