JOSEPH V. YESLOW

Joey is an associate attorney with the firm. He is a civil litigator focusing his practice on defending insureds and insurance companies. However, he has litigation experience in a variety of civil litigation in both state and federal courts

Joey is a Fort Myers native and graduated from Fort Myers High School. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Florida State University. Joey then continued his education at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he was a recipient of the Governor’s Scholarship. While in law school, Joey clerked for the honorable Judge Shaniek M. Maynard in the Southern District of Florida.

Prior to joining the firm, Joey worked as an Assistant State Attorney with the State Attorney’s Office for the 20th Judicial Circuit in Fort Myers, where he gained valuable courtroom and jury trial experience. Joey then transitioned to civil defense, joining a statewide civil defense firm on the east coast of Florida, where he handled a wide variety of defense matters for national carriers and large corporations.

Joey developed a passion for the law at a young age. His grandfather, Jack, was a judge and attorney in Hollywood, Florida. His father, Mark, is also an attorney. Joey has inherited his family’s love of the law, and he is determined to provide both cost effective and favorable results for his clients.

In his free time, Joey enjoys golfing, exercising, fishing, and boating with his lovely wife, Alie, and their beloved dog, Winston.
