TYLER DUPUY

Tyler is a civil trial attorney who primarily concentrates his practice in the areas of personal and commercial auto, premises liability, product liability, first party property, and construction defect litigation. He is a member of the Florida Bar and the Lee County Bar Association.

Tyler grew up in Lee County and graduated high school from Evangelical Christian School. Following high school, he obtained his undergraduate degree from Florida Gulf Coast University and his law degree from Florida International University College of Law. During law school, he served as President of Moot Court and clerked for the Hon. Ivan F. Fernandez at the Florida Third District Court of Appeal.

Following law school, Tyler served as an Assistant State Attorney at the Office of the State Attorney for the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, where he prosecuted thousands of cases and obtained extensive trial experience. Afterwards, he served as staff counsel for a Fortune 100 property and casualty insurer before joining Yeslow & Koeppel, P.A.

Tyler and his wife live in Alva, FL with their dogs and horses.
